Amar Chintopanth is a Chartered Accountant with over 14 years of rich and varied experience in banking, treasury, accounts, MIS, audit, lease, hire purchase, and regulatory issues. He has been actively involved in the areas of mergers, corporate planning, transfer pricing policies, US GAAP and dealing with the Reserve Bank of India and the Software Technology Parks of India.

Amar Chintopanth curently is the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of 3i Infotech Limited and oversees the finance, accounts, planning, and MIS functions of the Company and its subsidiaries.

Before joining 3i Infotech, he was Vice President - Finance at Polaris Software Lab Ltd. He has also been associated with various companies such as ITC Classic Finance, AF Ferguson and Masterstrips.

Jyotin Mehta heads the Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Audit function at 3i Infotech.

Jyotin brings with him 25 years of rich experience in the fields of Finance, Secretarial, Quality Deployment and Legal, with organizations such as ICICI Bank Limited, Royal Dutch / Shell Group of Companies and NOCIL

At ICICI Bank, he was the Company Secretary, and also handled matters relating to public issues, business continuity planning and organizational excellence.

He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and Cost Accountant. He is also an independent Director and Member of Audit Committee at BOC India Ltd., a subsidiary of the Linde Group, Germany. In addition, he is also a visiting faculty member at certain management schools.

Shivanand Shettigar is Company Secretary of 3i Infotech Limited, the flagship company of 3i Infotech Group, in addition to his responsibilities as a Chief Compliance Officer of the Group.

Shivanand is a fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, a Law and Commerce graduate from Mumbai University. He has also completed a course on Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs).

He has been with 3i Infotech for more than a decade, having joined ICICI Group in October 1995. Prior to joining this group, he had worked with companies like Cipla and Essar Group. He has over 20 years of experience in the various areas of corporate laws, IPRs, IPO & FCCBs, customs & STPI compliance, contracts drafting & negotiation, litigations, insurance claims, acquisitions, integration & merger, joint ventures, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, BPO, etc.

Sandeep Bhandarkar, Managing Director and CEO, is one of the co-founders of the company and has been with the company since its inception in 2000.

Prior to founding FinEng, Sandeep spent over 12 years in the finance sector in various positions in resource raising, treasury, and sales and distribution, with premier companies such as ICICI and Prudential ICICI AMC Ltd.

Sandeep was the head of resource raising activities for ICICI and was responsible for raising funds through debt, equity and hybrid instruments, both in domestic and international markets. He moved on to set up and head the sales and distribution function for ICICI Prudential, one of India’s largest mutual funds.

Sandeep’s academic credentials include a Bachelor in Technology (B.Tech) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai and a Post Graduate Degree in Management (PGDM) from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Dheeraj Vasishth, Director, Business Development, is a co-founder of FinEng and has been with the company since 2000. He is responsible for the Company’s global business development effort.

Dheeraj has had considerable experience in the finance sector in various positions in resource raising, treasury and risk management areas at ICICI, having spent six years with the company.

He is a graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee (BE (Mechanical)) and has a Post Graduation in Business Management (PGDBM) from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
