Director and CEO
Sandeep Bhandarkar, Managing
Director and CEO, is one of the co-founders of the Company
and has been with the Company since its inception in
2000.
Prior to founding FinEng, Sandeep spent over 12 years
in the finance sector in various positions in resource
raising, treasury, and sales and distribution, with
premier companies such as ICICI and Prudential ICICI
AMC Ltd.
Sandeep was the head of resource raising activities
for ICICI and was responsible for raising funds through
debt, equity and hybrid instruments, both in domestic
and international markets. He moved on to set up and
head the sales and distribution function for ICICI Prudential,
one of India’s largest mutual funds.
Sandeep’s academic credentials include a Bachelor
in Technology (B.Tech) from the Indian Institute of
Technology, Mumbai and a Post Graduate Degree in Management
(PGDM) from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

| Dheeraj
Vasishth |

Business Development
Dheeraj Vasishth, Director,
Business Development, is a co-founder of FinEng and
has been with the Company since 2000. He is responsible
for the Company’s global business development
effort.
Dheeraj has had considerable experience in the finance
sector in various positions in resource raising, treasury
and risk management areas at ICICI, having spent six
years with the company.
He is a graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology,
Roorkee (BE (Mechanical)) and has a Post Graduation
in Business Management (PGDBM) from XLRI, Jamshedpur.

| Yogesh
Upadhyaya |
|

Director
Yogesh Upadhyaya, Director, is a co-founder and has
been with the company since 2000. He is the Functional
Architect of the Company and is in charge of delivery
for most of FinEng's businesses.
He has worked with both CRISIL in India and Standard
& Poor’s in New York, USA, in the area of
risk management, and has spent five years in these stints
as a credit risk analyst and risk advisor. He brings
to the table strong analytical skills, as also the ability
to follow market trends.
Yogesh is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology,
Mumbai, (Mechanical) and the Indian Institute of Management,
Calcutta.

| Vinod
Menon |
|

Vice
President, Business Development
Vinod Menon, Vice President, Business Development, has
been with FinEng for over 5 years and is currently responsible
for FinEng’s business development, with specific
focus in India and the Middle East. Prior to this, he
was the Business Head for Quantis, the Company’s
Funds Management product and was responsible for taking
the product overseas.
After completing his professional qualification from
A F Ferguson & Co. he joined OTCEI (Over The Counter
Exchange of India), and has worked in various positions
of the exchange in Listing, Compliance, Membership
and Investments. He was selected by World Bank for
an International Financial Markets project to the
USA. Subsequently he has worked in the areas of financial
product distribution and bond dealing.
Vinod is a Chartered Accountant by profession with
an over all experience of 13years in the financial
sector.

| Unmesh
Nadkarni |

Business
Head, Telesto
Unmesh Nadkarni, Business Head (Telesto), has been with
FinEng since 2000 and is currently responsible for product
delivery for Telesto, the Company’s wealth management
product. He has over 10 years of experience in software
product/project development and management and has played
an integral role in building the Telesto product. Unmesh
has successfully managed large delivery operations and
lead teams for implementing Telesto across private banking
and wealth management customers of FinEng.
Unmesh has worked in the organization on assignments
in wealth management, online mutual funds, corporate
lending, and remittance. He is well versed in the quality
aspects of product development, and brings onboard his
ample experience in project/product management areas
such as project estimation, project planning and ensuring
deliverables.
Unmesh is a graduate in Statistics from the University
of Mumbai, India.

| Atul
Khanna |

Business Head, CRx
Atul Khanna, Business Head (CRx), has been with FinEng
since 2004 and is currently responsible for product
delivery for CRx, the Company’s credit risk
product. Atul has had over 6 years of experience in
software product/project development and management.
Atul played a vital role in building CRx and has successfully
managed large implementations in banks in the Middle
East.
Atul has worked in the organization on assignments
in wealth management, mutual funds and corporate banking.
Prior to FinEng, Atul worked with Polaris as a business
analyst in the first successful implementation of
a lending product, and with ABB in areas of design
of coal and ash handling systems, erection and commissioning.
He has done his Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering
from the Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology
(erstwhile MACT), Bhopal and his Masters in Business
Administration (MBA), Systems from the SP Jain Institute
of Management and Research.

| Anish
Chandra |

Business
Head, Quantis
Anish Chandra, Business Head (Quantis), has been with
FinEng since 2005 and is currently responsible for product
delivery for Quantis, the Company’s funds management
product. His domain expertise lies primarily in the
asset management area. As a functional expert, he has
been instrumental in the development and implementation
of critical modules like the Front Office NAV, Fund
of Fund and Multi-Manager Trading among others. Anish
is extremely process driven and focuses on continuous
innovation through new functionalities in Quantis.
Prior to working with FinEng, he has worked with one
of the oldest mutual fund firms in India where he successfully
handled the implementation of many mission critical
modules.
Anish has completed his Masters in Business Administration
(MBA), specializing in Finance, from the ICFAI Business
School, Pune and his Bachelors in Commerce (B.Com),
Accountancy Honours from the Calcutta University.

Mistry |
|

Business Head, Offshore Product Development
Vishal Mistry, Business Head (Offshore Product Development),
has been working with FinEng since the year 2000.
He has had over 8 years of experience in software
product/project development and management.
He has managed projects/assignments for clients in
India and the U.S., that have covered areas such as
Credit monitoring (CMOG, Credit note, Valuation tool,
Relief bonds), Asset Reporting System, Risk Expert
and Bank GPS.
Vishal has done his Masters in Computer Applications
(MCA) and has a GNIIT diploma from NIIT. He completed
his Bachelors in Commerce (B.Com) from the University
of Mumbai, India.
