We have the following recruitment process:

 

Step 1: Submission of CV

 
You would need to mail your CV to hr@fineng.com. The mail should clearly mention the role for which you are applying.

Step 2: Short listing

You will be short listed depending upon the availability of the position and your suitability for it based on the information in your CV. You will be intimated by mail in either case.

Step 3: Test

If you are a fresher, we would conduct an aptitude test. In case you have prior relevant work experience, a technical test would be administered. Note that this round would be applicable only to Software Developers.

Step 4: Interviews

After clearing the test, you would need to appear for 2 rounds of interviews. The first round would focus on your vocational skills (either technical, functional and/or supervisory as the case may be). On clearing this round, you would need to appear for a second round where the focus would be on your general awareness, communication skills and fitment with the position.

Step 5: Confirmation

On clearing the interviews, we will finalize the compensation terms in consultation with you and issue an appointment letter accordingly.
