Star Union Dai-ichi Life Insurance Company Limited selects Quantis as their funds management solution
 

Mumbai, July 2008: FinEng Solutions announced today that Star Union Dai-ichi life insurance company Ltd. (a joint venture between Dai-ichi life Japan, Union Bank of India and Bank of India) has appointed FinEng to implement their asset management product; Quantis in partnership with HCL Technologies.

Quantis is an application that allows for end-to-end Investment Management Operations – from Analytics & Order Management to NAV Generation. Strong user defined compliance rules and workflow are integral to the product.

Speaking on the occasion, Sandeep Bhandarkar, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer said: “Quantis will provide Dai-ichi with solutions for managing various challenges in the business in terms of the volume of trades, spectrum of instrument types, complexity of the investment objectives of the funds, regulatory norms and the need for decision-making support, which in turn will bring in improved operational processes.”
